Legal

Privacy.

This website sets no cookies, loads no trackers, and embeds no third-party pixels. The notes below explain what still happens technically and how to reach us.

1. Controller

Eternalyst AG, Schaanerstrasse 27, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
E-mail: datenschutz@eternalyst.ai.

2. What we deliberately don't do

  • We set no cookies — first-party or third-party, essential or optional.
  • We load no tracking or analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Matomo, no heat-mapping, no Facebook pixel).
  • We embed no third-party fonts (fonts are self-hosted on our CDN).
  • We embed no external content via iframes — we link out (Calendly opens in a new tab instead of an iframe shell).
  • There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

3. Server logs (necessary infrastructure)

The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes anonymous connection data (IP address, timestamp, path, user agent) solely to protect the infrastructure. We do not retain server logs beyond what Cloudflare needs for that purpose.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

4. When you contact us

Through the contact form or by e-mail, we receive your details (name, e-mail, message). We use them only to answer your enquiry. Outbound mail runs through the API of Resend (Resend, Inc., USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) — no remarketing, no profiling, no sharing with third parties.

Retention: a maximum of twelve months after last contact, unless a longer statutory retention period applies (e.g. commercial-law records).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation) or (f) (answering general enquiries).

5. Booking calls

For introductory calls we link to Calendly but do not embed it as an iframe. Clicking the Calendly link takes you off our site; processing there follows Calendly's own privacy notice.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time for:

  • access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

You may complain to the Liechtenstein Data Protection Authority.

7. Changes

We update this notice when the underlying technology or law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
